In this talk I would like to cover the organisational structure of Spotify. What is the line between giving more autonomy to the squads while expecting accountability from them? I will cover how the organisational model of Spotify transformed over time experiencing a hyper-growth phase in terms of hiring and scaling of the product and maintaining the company culture. I will describe the leadership model of teams and how we transformed from the approach of Chapter Leads to Engineering managers.
